David is currently leading a Proceeds of Crime Receivership for the Serious Fraud Office in the UK in the largest UK confiscation order. In addition, he continues to lead the largest ever Court appointed receivership case in the UK (the JSC BTA Bank vs Ablyazov case) with alleged pre-judgment liabilities of circa $7bn and assets (including signifixcant financial services assets) spread internationally.
