Chair of the Board
Our executive leadership team reports to the Board of Interpath Ltd, chaired by global professional services veteran John Connolly. John Connolly is the former CEO of Deloitte UK and Chairman of the Deloitte Global Board of Directors and has chaired a number of PE-backed companies. He currently chairs G4S PLC and previously chaired AMEC Foster Wheeler PLC.
Chief Executive Officer
Blair Nimmo, former UK Head of Restructuring and Global Head of Insolvency at KPMG, is Interpath’s Chief Executive Officer. As well as leading the strategic direction of the Interpath business, Blair also takes an active oversight role in our largest insolvency assignments and in managing some of our largest client relationships.
Head of Advisory and ExCom member
Mark Raddan, former Global Head of Turnaround at KPMG, is a Managing Director and Board Member, holding responsibility for Interpath’s advisory capability. Mark specialises in a wide range of business performance improvement capabilities and has experience across sectors.
Head of Restructuring and ExCom member
Will Wright, former Head of Regional Restructuring at KPMG, is a Managing Director and Board Member. Will is a special situations M&A specialist, leading many of Interpath’s most high-profile assignments, most notably in the retail and consumer markets segments.
Head of Risk & Legal
Libby Elliott, Head of Risk and Legal, is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience. Previously Head of Restructuring Risk at KPMG, Libby has also been a partner at two city law firms, specialising in restructuring and insolvency.
Head of People & Talent
Carol Mote, Head of People and Talent, is an experienced Global HR Director and HR M&A specialist, with a fantastic track record and passion for creating and building employee experience and engagement. Carol joined Interpath from Deloitte and previously held senior roles at Simply Health, Centrica, Unilever and JP Morgan.
Nigel Carr, Chief Financial Officer, is a highly experienced Chief Restructuring Officer and Finance Director. Turning his client-facing organisation skills and experience to Interpath’s own financial operations, Nigel, will ensure the business navigates its own path with stability and confidence.
