Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
At Interpath we are committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda which reflects our values in action, including diversity, social mobility and environmental responsibility.
At Interpath we are committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda which reflects our values in action, including diversity, social mobility and environmental responsibility. We aim through this agenda to make meaningful social, environmental and philanthropic contributions to society as a whole.
Quite simply, we believe that diverse, inclusive and socially responsible businesses are much more successful. So building trust amongst our stakeholders is a fundamental driver of our success. This means attracting and retaining the best talent, building strong relationships with our clients, helping them improve their performance in a responsible and sustainable manner and acting in a way that earns the confidence and respect of the wider community.
CSR is therefore a key strategic and operational consideration for our business.
Examples of CSR in action today at Interpath include:
- Giving everyone in our business a six day allowance every year to use for volunteering in the community, in addition to their annual leave allowance.
- Developing a schools mentoring programme targeted at students from minority and underprivileged backgrounds to help them achieve their potential.
- Engaging with our people to identify a charity partner to provide fundraising and volunteering support.
CSR is central to the culture at Interpath. It's a key ingredient in our relationships with colleagues, the communities we work in and the clients we work with.
