Job description

Interpath Advisory is looking to hire an experienced ERA Administrator at Manager or Assistant Manager level in our London office.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave. Proposed start date: September 2022.

Key responsibilities:

  • To deal with all aspects of Employee claims on insolvent cases.
  • Provide support to Engagement Mangers/case team for ERA matters.
  • Ensuring IPS is maintained for employee information.
  • Attending employee meetings to ensure correct advice is given for queries raised.
  • Preparing detailed minutes of employee meetings.
  • Liaising with Company HR/Payroll staff to obtain necessary information.
  • Making payments to HMRC/Pension by relevant deadlines.
  • Agree employee preferential and unsecured claims.
  • Demonstrate quality and consistency in every task performed.
  • Ensure work is prioritised and that deadlines are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Display strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Maintain agreed target utilisation.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure that any problematic areas are brought to the attention of the case manager.
