Chris Pole and Ryan Grant from Interpath Advisory were appointed Joint Administrators of Health Made Easy Limited on 26 August 2022. Immediately following their appointment the Joint Administrators sold the shares and associated brands of two of its subsidiaries, Higher Nature Limited and Freshly Cut Limited, to CGK Consulting Limited.
A total of 33 employees, 31 from Higher Nature Limited and two from Freshly Cut Limited, form part of the transaction. The appointment over Health Made Easy Limited follows the appointment to Tree of Life UK Limited and Health Stores (Wholesale) Limited, two of Health Made Easy Group’s other subsidiaries, on 22 August 2022.
Based in Sussex, Higher Nature is a manufacturer and distributor of vitamin and mineral supplements, operating in the sector for over 25 years. Freshly Cut, trading as Peppersmith, is one of the UK’s leading mints and gum brands.
