Interpath Advisory has announced the appointment of Joshua Dwyer as Managing Director in its City and International Group.
Joshua joins Interpath from AlixPartners, and has more than 20 years’ experience guiding clients through the challenges and complexities of financial restructuring and formal insolvency situations, many of them with cross-border elements involving emerging and developing markets.
His experience includes acting as restructuring advisor on several schemes of arrangements involving offshore jurisdictions, including that of LDK Solar Co., Ltd, believed to be the first judicially approved, multi-jurisdictional debt restructuring of its kind for a China-based enterprise. Most recently he led the fleet workstream as part of the liquidation of Thomas Cook’s UK airline operations, working closely with the Interpath team acting as Special Managers of Thomas Cook Aircraft Engineering.
Interpath’s City and International Group specialises in large, complex and international financial distress and insolvency. Its senior team comprises nine Managing Directors, including Mike Pink, Andrea Jakes, James Bennett and Michael Tagg who were promoted to Managing Director when Interpath launched as a newly independent business in May 2021, and ten directors.
