Experience & background
Adeola specialises in the delivery of financial and operational restructuring as well as strategic planning and liquidity management assignments for stressed and distressed companies. She has supported multiple stakeholders across different jurisdictions, coordinating the clear articulation of information, identifying key issues to be addressed, prioritizing, and then implementing solutions.
Some of the projects she has been involved in include:
Project Wasp: Vendor assistance - business planning. Assisted an aviation company with developing its medium-term business plan, including reviewing and applying appropriate sensitivities to the company’s forecast as part of its preparation for a potential transaction.
Project Tower: Cash flow review, options assessment and restructuring advisory. Advised the shareholders of a multinational telecoms company in the restructuring of its $1.5 billion debt.
Project Kite: Financial and operational review and options assessment. Advised the shareholders of an European airplane manufacturer as they considered the future viability of the business and potential exit options.
Project Eagle: Business and cash flow review, financial modelling, options assessment and restructuring advisory. Advised the lenders of an international business as part of the refinancing of their £50 million debt.
