Experience & background

Craig is an experienced transformation Director with over 20 years' turnaround and transformation experience. This has been developed across a broad range of business areas including several years in industry working as an FD with preeminent turnaround leaders. During this time Craig provided implementation of transformation and change plans including rapid cost reduction and head-office and regional integration.

Craig is Interpath Lead for Public Sector, however also has experience in a wide range of industries.

Some specific examples of Craig’s recent client engagements are summarised below:

Operational restructuring – Craig has led a range of performance improvement transformation programmes across private and public sectors. These include developing rapid profit improvement plans across over 13 global regions; developing fix, sell, close options assessments and developing long term transformation plans for public sector transformation programmes.

Exit planning and implementation – Craig developed our exit planning and implementation methodology to help minimise the timing, costs and risks of closing underperforming operations. He has led exit planning engagements throughout Europe and globally. He has had thought leadership articles published in The Sunday Times and The International Corporate Turnaround Journal.

Estates optimisation – Craig has led numerous estate optimisation programmes, helping improve business cases to secure funding and deliver footprint optimisation efficiencies. This has included rapid, deal scenario support to utilise analytical modelling to drive portfolio savings. He has also led business case improvement programmes in the public sector to help secure funding and deliver significant operational savings.
