Experience & background
Kris is an Insolvency Practitioner and Managing Director in Interpath’s market leading Contentious Insolvency team, alongside David Standish and Mike Leeds. Kris has over 20 years’ experience in asset tracing, insolvency and recovery in the UK and overseas. She specialises in contentious and complex corporate and personal asset recovery and insolvency assignments, and has wide experience in enforcement, investigations and in identifying and securing assets in the UK and overseas.
Kris has successfully pursued a wide range of recovery actions against directors, individuals and third parties, and led the investigations and recoveries in many complex insolvency matters. Her experience also includes Court Appointed Receiverships and Proceeds of Crime Act matters, with expertise in private wealth and family disputes.
Kris’ current matters include being appointed as joint administrator of Toucan Energy Holdings, joint special administrator of a financial services entity, and joint trustee in bankruptcy of a number of former high net worth individuals.
Kris has a strong network of lawyers and contacts in all key jurisdictions which ensures expert asset recovery strategies, effective preservation of assets and maximum realisations for stakeholders.
Kris is co-chair of the IWIRC London Network and a committee member of R3's Fraud Group.
